Part1:

备考时要熟悉高频话题：如Hometown、Work/Study、Hobbies、Weather等。简洁自然回答：用2-3句话回应，避免背诵，例如："Yes, I love cycling. It’s eco-friendly and helps me stay fit." 避免重复用词，如"yes"可替换为"of course"或"absolutely"。大家平时也可以录音自查流利度、语法错误，或与同伴模拟考试场景。关注发音语调重读关键词，适当停顿，确保清晰度.每天练习10分钟，积累地道表达（如"keen on"而非"like"），保持轻松交流状态即可。

Part2：

考试趋势是题目更侧重个人经历+细节描述，环保、科技相关话题略有增加（如"Describe an invention that changed people's lives"）。备考建议还是优先准备高频题，结合自身经历整理2-3个万能故事（如学技能/帮助他人/旅行经历）。同时注意强化细节：加入感官描述（"It smelled like fresh coffee..."）和情感表达（"I was thrilled because..."）。练习时也可以模拟考试节奏：严格计时练习（1分钟准备+2分钟回答），用手机录音改进流利度。如果遇到陌生题可巧妙迁移已准备内容（如"new activity"→"creative person’s hobby"）。

考试建议：

自然交流永远大于背诵，用简单句+真实反应，避免 robotic 语调。注意细节，所有回答加入 "5W1H"（Who/What/Where/When/Why/How）。出现错误时，轻微语法错忽略，卡顿时用 "Well..." 自然过渡。保持微笑和适度 eye contact，展现 confidence。  

考前提前30分钟听英文播客 "磨耳朵"。考官评估的是 "可沟通性"，不是完美度。Part 3 大家要多练习 "观点→解释→举例" 结构。
